O'Brien's Tower: A historic tower providing panoramic views. You can see some photos here - it’s such an iconic spot! It is close to the visitors center though, and so it tends to be a bit more crowded of a location.
Hag's Head: The southernmost point, offering a quieter, more intimate setting. It’s a very long walk from the visitors center - so it is best accessed from a different parking lot, or can be accessed by shuttle as well.
Doolin Pier: A picturesque spot with views of the cliffs from below.
You can’t really go wrong with any spot. You can pretty much stop at any spot along the cliffs and you will get the most breathtaking view for a proposal.
