Coffee in the Mountains | Allie & James

If you recognize the faces of Allie & James - it’s because this is my third shoot with them! I had the privilege to photograph their engagement photos in 2021, as well as their wedding (check it out here). And then this summer, I got to photograph them another time, to mark their first anniversary. I have a lot of love for these two. Perfect example of clients that became friends, and we had so much fun with this shoot. They live in Colorado, and have spent a lot of time in these mountains. We wanted to do photos at Cottonwood Pass, but the pass was still closed in early May, so we drove as close to it as we could - and found this beautiful little river, so we parked and made coffee. These two are SO fun in front of the camera, and so natural. We sipped hot coffee, danced around, and shared a lot of laughs. And after we were done - they made me dinner, and let me take a client FaceTime from their home - truly great people! Love Allie & James - and I can’t wait until the next time we end up shooting together!
